Grace Springs Farm
Why We Farm the way we do
Tony & Virginia moved to the Central Coast to start the farm after their son, Ethan’s, diagnosis with Leukaemia. During Ethan’s chemotherapy treatment Virginia started researching the link between the use of chemicals in the production of food, & the increased rates of childhood cancer. This led us to discover regenerative farming – a way to produce food without the use of chemicals and replenish the land as well.
We learnt a lot about healthy, whole food diets – but the main thing we kept coming back to was that the way the food you eat has been farmed is so very, very important.
When Tony unexpectedly passed away in late 2020, Ethan stepped in to join the farm business. Ethan’s little son had his own health issues & has required a bone marrow transplant. The recovery is long and slow as his body rebuilds from the ground up. Ethan and his wife, Olivia, were able to use our nutritious, clean produce to aid in healing his gut & overall health.
What does this mean for you? We work hard to produce food that is nutrient dense, chemical free and nourishing for our family – and yours! The produce we have available for sale is the same food we feed our family, and our standards are exceptionally high.
We hope everyone is able to experience what a massive impact real food can have on all parts of their lives.

Farming for the Future
The Future
By rotating our animals to fresh pastures regularly, we promote healthy soil, thriving ecosystems, and nutrient-dense food. Our chemical-free approach ensures that every product is good for you and the planet.
We continue to grow the farm providing more & more food for the Central Coast. We started producing food for our family and a handful of other small families, to being supported by so many wonderful local customers.
We are excited for more and more people to be able to have access to chemical free and nutritious food.
